1. Nature of Service

Abhishek Gaike provides independent, personalized one-to-one counselling sessions to help students make informed decisions during the MHT-CET engineering admission (CAP) process. This includes:

• Student profile discussion and score analysis.
• AI-assisted shortlisting of colleges and branches.
• Strategic preference list planning for CAP rounds.
• Pre-submission review and guidance.

The service is purely advisory in nature. Final decisions regarding college and branch selection remain entirely with the student and their family.

2. Session Booking & Confirmation

• A session is considered confirmed only after the applicable fee has been paid in full.
• Session scheduling is done via WhatsApp after payment confirmation.
• Sessions are available online (Google Meet) and in-person at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
• The Counsellor reserves the right to reschedule a session with reasonable prior notice in case of unavoidable circumstances.

3. Fees & Payment

• The counselling fee is a one-time charge for a complete admission guidance session.
• Fees are displayed on the website and are subject to change without notice. The fee applicable at the time of booking shall apply.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
• All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• No hidden charges. No upselling during or after the session.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In brief:

• Cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled session: eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before the session: no refund.
• One free rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

The counselling service provides guidance based on available data, professional experience, and AI-assisted analysis. However:

• We do not guarantee admission to any specific college or branch.
• CAP round outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including merit lists, category seat availability, and DTE Maharashtra policies.
• We are not liable for any admission-related outcome, loss, or dissatisfaction arising from decisions made after the counselling session.
• Guidance provided is based on information available at the time of the session. Last-minute changes by DTE Maharashtra are outside our control.

6. Code of Conduct

Both parties (student/parent and counsellor) agree to treat each other with respect during all interactions. We reserve the right to terminate a session or refuse service in the case of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, analysis frameworks, and methodologies — is the intellectual property of Abhishek Gaike. Reproduction or redistribution of any content without written permission is prohibited.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
